وجهت وزارة المالية الإسبانية اتهامات إلى جناح الفريق الأول لكرة القدم بنادي باريس سان جيرمان الحالي، نيمار دا سيلفا، بالتهرب الضريبي في انتقاله من سانتوس إلى برشلونة عام 2013.

وانتقل نيمار إلى برشلونة قبل 9 أعوام في صفقة أحدثت الكثير من المشاكل إلى النادي الكتالوني ورئيسه وقتها، ساندرو روسيل، لتكلفتها التي بلغت أكثر من 100 مليون يورو بالإضافة إلى العمولات السرية.

ورغم مرور كل تلك السنوات إلا أن انتقال نيمار إلى برشلونة ما زال يثير الجدل ويفتح القضايا في إسبانيا وسيجبره على المثول أمام المحكمة قبل شهر من انطلاق كأس العالم 2022 في قطر.

وبحسب صحيفة “El Pais” الإسبانية أن وزارة المالية الإسبانية قد طلبت سجن نيمار لمدة عامين وغرامة تعويض قدرها 10 ملايين يورو من اللاعب للتلاعب والتهرب الضريبي.

سيكون على نيمار التواجد في محكمة “برشلونة” في 17 أكتوبر، حيث هناك اتهام باحتيال البرازيلي على 8.4 مليون يورو ضريبيًا في توقيعه مع العملاق الكتالوني، لينضم هذا الاتهام إلى ما سبقه من قبل شركة “DIS” البرازيلية التي تدعي أنها كانت تمتلك في 2013 40% من حقوق اللاعب التسويقية وتطالب بسجن جناح باريس سان جيرمان لمدة 5 سنوات وسداد 150 مليون يورو.

نيمار ليس الوحيد المتهم في تلك القضية بل رئيسي برشلونة السابقين، جوسيب ماريا بارتوميو وساندرو روسيل، بجانب والد نيمار الذي طُلب سجنه من وزارة المالية الإسبانية لمدة عام وكذلك والدته.

Será pago, por agora, 12 milhões de euros (cerca de R$ 44 milhões) e mais três milhões de euros (cerca de R$ 11 milhões), assim que o volante for integrado ao elenco do City. Gatilhos no contrato podem aumentar a transação em mais três milhões de euros, de acordo com metas cumpridas em Manchester.

O projeto visando a contratação de Douglas, era parecido com o que clube pensava com Gabriel Jesus. O garoto foi indicado ainda em 2014, quando engatinhava nos profissionais do Palmeiras. Para não acontecer o que houve naquele caso, com o forte assédio de russos e franceses em Douglas, o City resolveu agir e chegou aos valores pedidos pelo Vasco.

وعقد النادي الأهلي، مساء الاثنين، جمعية عمومية غير عادية بعد الحصول على موافقة وزارة الرياضة، وطالب عدد من الأعضاء الذهبيين بحل مجلس الإدارة،

وتم التطرق لملف القرض الذي حصل عليه النادي الأهلي بقيمة 15 مليون ريال، وأوضح النفيعي خلال تصريحاته التي نقلها الإعلامي عناد الرشيد عبر حسابه الشخصي بموقع “تويتر”: “توجهنا لمساعدتنا في استخراج شهادة الكفاءة، تم إخبارنا بإمكانية الاقتراض من أي جهة، لكن النادي لا يمتلك سجلًا تجاريًّا، فاقترضت باسمي”.

وتابع: “الله يقدرنا على إعادة النادي الأهلي إلى مكانته، لكنني أستغرب من أعضاء الشرف الذين يبحثون عن مخالفات في أوراق النادي”.

وأردف: “سنجري تغييرات إدارية وفنية، لكن قبل مباراة الشباب بعض الأعضاء ينشرون خطاب ويتم تمريره للمساحات ويتم إخبار المشجع أن الإدارة لن تستمر، كنت أتمنى من الأعضاء أن يدعموني ويدعموا الفريق، فنحن لسنا متهمين أو مختلسين، فكما أن النجاح في العمل تراكمي، فالفشل كذلك، والأهلي يفتقد للأدوات”.

واختتم: “الأهلي دائمًا به حروب داخلية وهو ما يؤثر عليه، لماذا عندما يتقدم شخص للنادي يتم التحزب ضده؟!، والله لو أعلم أن وجودي في يوم من الأيام سيضر النادي، ما جئت”.

Crystal Palace have entered a new chapter of their history following the departure of Roy Hodgson after four relatively successful if pragmatic years.

New manager Patrick Vieira has been backed considerably in the transfer market with several new exciting additions adding significant strength to his first-team squad.

One of the reasons that the Palace hierarchy were able to finance such an overall was due to their previous work in the transfer market over the last few years.

Chairman Steve Parish had been prudent in the transfer market in recent windows, only spending over £10 million on one player – Eberechi Eze – since the summer of 2017, when Mamadou Sakho arrived from Liverpool.

Another player who arrived in the same season was Alexander Sorloth. The 6 ft 3 beast landed on English shores in the January window for £8.1m after departing FC Midtjylland and he was expected to fire Palace up the top-flight table.

However, things didn’t work out as expected for the now 25-year-old. He started four Premier League games in a row throughout February and March, and after losing all four and failing to find the back of the net, found himself on the bench for the remainder of the campaign.

The following season failed to produce a turnaround in Sorloth’s fortunes as he remained goalless in his first 12 league appearances of 2018/19, leading to a loan spell at KAA Gent.

Another loan spell at Turkish outlet Trabzonspor followed, resulting in the struggling forward producing the best form of his career to date. He managed a magnificent return of 33 goals and 11 assists in 49 outings for the Black Sea Storm, leading to a hotly contested race for his signature.

Norwegian outlet Dagbladet (as relayed by Sport Witness) states Sørloth’s time at Selhurst Park was “brutal”, which is why he was labelled a “failure and flop” at Palace, but after resurrecting his career with Trabzonspor, he had a large selection of potential suitors to choose from.

In the end, he opted to join Bundesliga giants RB Leipzig in an £18m deal just 12 months ago, meaning Palace made a healthy profit on a player who never scored a league goal for them.

The proceeds received from his departure provided a significant boost to the capital club’s coffers, allowing Vieira to bring in his own players following his arrival.

Sorloth only lasted one season in German football after bagging just six goals in 37 appearances for the Red Bulls and has so far failed to find the back of the net for new side Real Sociedad, indicating Palace struck gold by securing such a high fee for his services.
