وجه نجم فريق أستون فيلا، أولي واتكينز، رسالة إلى المدير الفني لمنتخب إنجلترا جاريث ساوثجيت، بعدما تألق اللاعب في مباراة الأمس ضد برايتون.

وتلاقى الفريقان في إطار منافسات الجولة السابعة من الدوري الإنجليزي، حيث فاز أستون فيلا بستة أهداف مقابل هدف.

وتمكن واتكينز من تقديم أداء مميز في تلك المباراة، حيث نجح في تسجيل هاتريك وصناعة هدف.

ومن المثير للدهشة أن واتكينز لم يشارك مع منتخب إنجلترا منذ مارس 2022.

أضاف نادي مانشستر يونايتد، مدافعاً جديداً على قائمة اهتماماته بعدما انتهى سوق الانتقالات الماضي دون التعاقد مع قلب دفاع باستثناء جوني إيفانز.

وتعاقد مانشستر يونايتد مع إيفانز حينها في صفقة مجانية بطلب من اللاعب، ليتدرب مع نادي طفولته حتى يجد نادياً آخر ينتقل إليه، لكن مع كثرة الإصابات، شارك في المباريات.

وكتب الصحفي الإيطالي فابريزيو رومانو، المتخصص في سوق الانتقالات عبر حسابه: “أضاف مانشستر يونايتد أيضًا جونزالو إيناسيو إلى قائمة المدافعين الذين يتم مراقبتهم/استكشافهم الآن”.

Many of these have been changed but the last few seasons have seen several abandoned completely.Somerset were the first county to ditch their second name; “Sabers” was scratched in 2009. É claro que existe um mérito em toda essa conversa. Se, atualmente, o Botafogo está longe da zona de rebaixamento – são 10 pontos de distância para o Fluminense, 17º colocado – é muito por conta dos bons resultados conquistados contra as equipes da metade de baixo da classificação. O alerta fica ligado, portanto, diante do desempenho contra times que passam por boa fase técnica.

O orçamento do Botafogo, é preciso dizer, é um dos menores do Brasileirão. A falta de opções no elenco é uma consequência da crise financeira vivida longe das quatro linhas. أكد عبد الواحد السيد مدير الكرة بـ الزمالك، أن الوقت الحالي هو الأنسب للوقوف بجوار الفريق من أجل التغلب على المشاكل التي ضربت النادي في الفترة الماضية.

وقال عبد الواحد السيد لقناة “أون تايم سبورتس” الفضائية: “الزمالك هو الكيان، إذا لم نقف معه في الوقت الصعب، متى سنفعل ذلك؟”.

وأكمل: “عندما توليت المسؤولية (كان الحال في غرفة الملابس غير جيد)، تحدثت مع قادة الفريق عن ضرورة إعادة النظام، اللاعبون اشتكوا بسبب معاناتهم من مشاكل مالية كبيرة، وكنت لا أريد أن أضغط عليهم، لكن تم حصول اللاعبين الآن على جزء كبير من مستحقاتهم عن الموسم الماضي، حوالي 25% وتقريبًا نفس النسبة عن الموسم الجديد”.

وتابع تصريحاته: “مررت بنفس الظروف التي يمر بها اللاعبون عندما كنت لاعبًا، وأعرف أنهم كانوا مضغوطين في الملعب ويفتقدون التركيز، لكن تحدثت مع اللاعبين في هذه الأمور وطالبتهم بالتركيز في الملعب واستجابوا”.

وأكمل: “سبب تأخر معسكر الإعداد؟ أوسوريو طلب مني وحدات معينة للتدريب قبل بداية الموسم، وكان يتبقى له مستحقات مالية لدى النادي ورفض النزول للتدريبات قبل الحصول عليها، هو مدرب مميز رغم ما يتعرض له في الوقت الحالي من انتقادات، ولكنه مدرب جيد وتحمل الكثير من أجل النادي، لقد واجه مشاكل لكون اللاعبين غير مستقرين من الناحية الذهنية”.

وزاد: “اللائحة كما هي، بها بعض القصور، وسأجلس مع مجلس الإدارة الجديد، وأنا سلمت كل لاعب اللائحة بعد أن حصلوا على مستحقاتهم، وقلت لهم هذا لكي أحاسبكم نهاية الموسم، مثلما حصلتم على أموال يجب أن نحصد بطولات”.

وأضاف: “ما يعجبني في قوام الزمالك الحالي، أنهم يشعرون بقيمة الفريق الأبيض، كانت مواجهة بيراميدز بالنسبة لهم عادية، رغم الحديث عن فوز الفريق السماوي قبل اللقاء، لكنهم يعرفون أن اسم الزمالك كبير وخلفه جمهور ضخم”.

وواصل: “مثلما حدث في البطولة العربية، البعض كان يقول لنا ماذا ستفعلون؟ أنا دائمًا أقول للاعبين ركزوا في الملعب ودعوا لنا الأمور الأخرى”.

وتحدث عن تغيير أداء الفريق في الشوط الثاني أمام آرتا سولار: “قلت للاعبين بين شوطي اللقاء يجب أن نركز، عندنا القدرة على العودة، وتركنا اللاعبين يتحدثون مع بعض، لقد شعروا بالخطر، وقلت لهم هذه المباراة ستحدد مصيرك في الموسم، كان هناك شعور بالغضب والحزن، لكن رد فعل اللاعبين في الشوط الثاني كان مختلفًا”.

واستمر حديثه عن لقاء آرتا سولار: “سعيت لتواجد أكبر كم من الجماهير، طلبت حضور 50 ألف مشجع، وقمت بتوزيع أكثر من 70% من دعوات المباراة على الجماهير الحقيقية لنادي الزمالك، وفزنا بالمباراة وفرحنا، نحن نعرف كيف نفرح حتى لو مباراة في دور الـ32”.

So instead it was Mathews and Lahiru Thirimanne who crossed the winning line with a stand of 53, never flinching when the asking rate briefly went above seven although Mathews was dropped at third man by Alex Hales with 25 needed. Given that England managed to squeeze the chase into the final over, they will rue the 12 wides which continued a theme from the series.England now need to win the three remaining games, two in Pallekele and one more back at the Premadasa, if they are to take the series although with an eye to the future there were a couple of performances that meant it was not a completely forlorn day for them.James Taylor, playing just his third ODI and first against anyone other than Ireland, top-scored with well-crafted 90 before cramp got the better of him and Eoin Morgan, the stand-in captain for the day, made his first ODI fifty since January with 62 off 47 balls as the rest of England’s middle and lower order, losing 7 for 94, frittered away earlier good work.The early new-ball bowling from Steven Finn and Chris Woakes was inconsistent and meant England did not build pressure, although they were perked up when Tillakaratne Dilshan carved into the off side. The signs of growing desperation were clear when England used their review against Jayawardene when he was 27, but discovered that even Joe Root was turning the ball too far.
