كشفت صحيفة “موندو ديبورتيفو” الإسبانية آخر تطورات إصابة حارس مرمى نادي برشلونة، مارك أندريه تير شتيجن، وعملية تعافيه من الإصابة.

ويعاني تير شتيجن من إصابة على مستوى الظهر خلال الأشهر الأخيرة، والتي منعته من التواجد مع برشلونة منذ بداية هذا الموسم.

ولا يعتبر شتيجن في مكانة أساسية بتشكيل برشلونة، وذلك في ظل اعتماد المدرب هانز فليك على خوان جارسيا في مركز حراسة المرمى بجانب فويتشيك تشيزني.

وأشارت الصحيفة إلى أن شتيجن يعمل بجد خلال الفترة الأخيرة، وذلك حرصًا منه على العودة في أقرب وقت ممكن وأن يكون متاحًا للعب.

وأضافت الصحيفة، أن شتيجن من المتوقع أن يعود إلى تدريبات برشلونة قبل نهاية شهر نوفمبر الجاري، وأن يحصل على التصريح الطبي للعب قبل نهاية العام.

كما نوهت برغبة عدة أندية في التعاقد مع شتيجن على سبيل الإعارة خلال فترة الميركاتو الشتوي المقبل في يناير، لكن برشلونة لم يتلق عروضًا رسمية بعد.

Aaronson hails impressive "mentality" at Leeds

The Whites continue to battle well in the Premier League this season, with last Friday’s 2-1 win at home to West Ham leaving them 15th in the table at the end of the weekend.

One player who is enjoying his football at Leeds is Brenden Aaronson, with the American hailing the mentality on show under Daniel Farke after scoring against the Hammers, and lauding the competition for places.

“It was huge for us today to keep the mentality. I think that was the message all week. Late minutes in the game, stay on top of it and get the result which we needed today to hold the 2-1 win. Defensively, we were good today. We handed a lot of crossing situations from them. West Ham is a team that has a ton of quality so it was definitely a difficult game. I am just proud of the group.

“I think we have this next-man-up mentality where I think everybody is ready to play and everybody is winning their chance. I think the biggest thing for me is getting in the box and the ball bounces your way but that is all about positioning and reacting. I am really happy with the goal and I am happy with the group and the atmosphere.”

But Leeds will know that there is still a huge amount of work to do this season, in terms of avoiding relegation back to the Championship, and new signings in January wouldn’t go amiss.

Leeds eye January move for "unbelievable" Barkley

According to The Leeds Press, Leeds and Farke are keen on signing Aston Villa midfielder Ross Barkley on loan in the January window.

The 31-year-old is seen as “an option amongst several other players” midway through the season, with Farke “keen to add a creative midfielder to his squad in January”. The player himself is “keen for more game time”, with a move to Elland Road giving him an “outside chance of a place in the England World Cup squad” next summer.

Barkley could be a shrewd creative loan option for Leeds in attacking midfield, scoring 37 Premier League goals in his career and being lauded by former Luton Town teammate Andros Townsend, who even once compared him to the legendary Diego Maradona.

He will take over from Kieron Pollard, who has led the team since 2019, when he replaced Dwayne Bravo in the role.”It means a lot, first and foremost, to represent Trinbago Knight Riders. It is a privilege that I’m getting the opportunity to lead this franchise,” Pooran said. “I want to give it my best shot, and hopefully make as many correct decisions as I can. Pooran, who is one of the most sought-after players on the T20 circuit, made his debut in the format as a 17-year-old in the inaugural season of the CPL for TKR, who were then known as Trinidad & Tobago Red Steel. He switched to Barbados Royals (BR) and Guyana Amazon Warriors before returning to TKR in 2022. He’s played in all the CPL seasons so far except for 2015, when he was out injured due to an accident. Overall in the CPL, Pooran has 2447 runs at a strike rate of 152.27 in 114 matches. At present, he is also the captain of MI New York in the MLC and MI Emirates in the ILT20.Under Pollard’s leadership, TKR not only won their fourth CPL title in 2020 but had a record unbeaten season – with 12 out of 12 wins – before making two more playoff appearances. In 2024, they lost the Eliminator to BR. Bravo was named head coach this season after he retired last year.”I believe grooming the next generation is very important,” Pollard said. “With Bravo coming on board this year as the new head coach, we felt this is the right time to get a new captain in. Pooran is homegrown, and I think this is the right opportunity for him. We’ve actually been preparing him for this over the years.”I don’t know how much longer I’m going to be playing for, but I’m happy for the opportunity to still be on the field and help Nicholas ease into this role. وقال سيد معوض، خلال استضافته في برنامج ضيف الكورة مع الإعلامي فايق على قناة MBC مصر 2، إن نجله تعرض للظلم منذ فترة طويلة، مؤكدًا أن سبب هذا الظلم هو اسمه سيد معوض وليس إمكانياته.

وأضاف، أن مجرد ارتباط اسم اللاعب بوالده الذي كان لاعبًا سابقًا يضع عليه ضغطًا كبيرًا.

وتحدث معوض عن وليد سليمان، مؤكدًا أنه لاعب لا يختلف عليه اثنان، ووصفه بأنه مميز للغاية، مشيرًا إلى أن سوء حظه تمثل في تعرضه لإصابة في توقيت نفسي صعب، رغم أنه كان في قمة مستواه، وكان على بعد شهر أو شهرين فقط من خوض تجربة احترافية.

وتابع، أن وليد استطاع أن يقنع الجميع بقدراته، وأن أمامه مستقبل داخل النادي الأهلي سواء هو أو غيره من اللاعبين.
